S King Legal Founder Suezanne King has now joined Aria Grace Law CIC as a Partner.
With more than 15 years in practice, commercial solicitor Suezanne advises companies, owner-managed businesses, partnerships and property investors on commercial and property disputes. Her experience spans corporate advisory, real estate and commercial litigation, giving her a broad commercial perspective on complex business and property matters.
Her work includes corporate and partnership disputes, shareholder agreements, directors’ duties, partnership structures, exits and share buyouts. She also advises on property and commercial disputes, with particular experience in developer and investor matters, joint ventures, co-ownership disputes and boundary issues. Through S King Legal, Suezanne continues to work with businesses and individuals across England and Wales, helping clients understand their legal position, manage risk and pursue practical, commercially focused outcomes.
Joining Aria Grace Law CIC as a Partner adds further strength and flexibility to that work, andgives Suezanne the opportunity to work as part of a wider team of experienced lawyers while continuing to provide the strategic, personal and commercially grounded advice that sits at the heart of S King Legal.
